Midwest Oil and Gas Scholarships for Middle School Students, 2024
Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Limited in collaboration with its joint venture partner Suntrust Oil Company Nigeria Limited is pleased to announce the 2024/2025 Scholarship Programme for eligible Nigerian students. The scholarship aims to promote academic excellence and enhance competency-based education among the host community and the youth of Delta State.
Scholarship Categories:
- University Community Award: Open to 100th and 200th batch students from the host community.
- University Merit Award: Open to 200th batch students who are native of Delta State and have a CGPA of 3.5 or above.
Eligibility Criteria:
University Community Award:
- SSCE or GCE with at least 5 credits in one sitting including Mathematics and English Language.
- JAMB/UTME and Letter of Admission from an accredited/recognized University in Nigeria. - Current University ID card.
- ID card signed by the District Assembly or CACC.
University Awards:
- SSCE or GCE with at least 5 credits in one sitting including Mathematics and English.
- JAMB/UTME and Letter of Admission from an accredited/recognized University in Nigeria.
- Current University ID card. - A Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 or above.
- LGA ID card.

Selection Process:
Only selected candidates will be invited to take a proctored computer-based test. Successful applicants will be contacted at each selection stage.
